When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the type of project, your budget range, your timeline, and the description you write.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cookies for profiling on this website. No cookie banner appears because there is nothing to consent to.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and request metadata. These are used to operate and secure the service.

We use enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to scope and deliver that work.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and stored there. Where we use cloud infrastructure, we use Microsoft Azure.

Some processing may occur outside India depending on the region a service is hosted in. We select providers that offer appropriate contractual protections for such transfers.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you may return to, then deleted.

Where we have entered into a contract with you, records are retained for as long as required by that contract and by applicable tax and company law.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time.

To make any of these requests, email info@theerrv.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Enquiry submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it, and protected by multi-factor authentication.

No system is beyond compromise. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
