Custom Software Development

Software builtaround your operation.

Off-the-shelf platforms ask your business to adapt to their assumptions. We build the other way: study how the operation actually runs, then engineer the system that removes its specific friction.

What we provide

Systems shaped to your operation — not the other way around.

  • Workflow and operations management platforms
  • Order, inventory and scheduling systems
  • Internal admin and back-office tooling
  • Customer portals and self-service flows
  • Role-based access control and audit trails
  • Compliance logging and regulatory reporting
  • Migration from legacy systems and spreadsheets
  • Multi-tenant and white-label platforms

Why Theerrv

01

Discovery before anything

We do not scope what we have not studied. Discovery is a paid, deliverable phase — mapping current-state process before suggesting what to build.

02

Senior engineers on every project

The person who understands your operation is the person who builds it. No handoff to a junior delivery team after the sale.

03

You own everything

Code, documentation, architecture decisions, Azure environment — all delivered to you. No licence dependency, no platform lock-in.

Our approach

Discovery → Architecture → Development → Testing → Deployment → Support

01

Discovery

We sit with the people doing the work, map how it actually runs — including every workaround — and produce a written current-state process map before proposing anything.

02

Architecture

Data model, integration boundaries and security posture are designed and documented on paper. Architectural decisions are recorded with their reasoning before a line of production code is written.

03

Iterative build

Working software on a staging environment every two weeks. You see progress as running software — not as status decks or percentage-complete estimates.

04

Testing

Automated tests at unit, integration and end-to-end layers run on every pull request. Acceptance criteria are verified before any feature is marked done.

05

Integration and cutover

Data migration, connection to existing systems, UAT with the people who will use it daily, and a deliberate cutover plan — including how to roll back if needed.

06

Support and evolution

Software that runs an operation is not finished at launch. Monitoring, patching, and a defined response SLA keep the system performing as the business changes.

Common questions

How much does custom software development cost?

Engagements typically range from ₹5 lakh for a focused internal tool to ₹50 lakh or more for a full operational platform. The range is wide because the answer depends on scope, integrations and the complexity of the data model. Our discovery phase — a fixed-fee engagement — produces an honest estimate before any build begins. We do not give a number before we understand the problem.

How long does it take to build custom software?

A focused tool or internal application typically takes 8–16 weeks from architecture sign-off to go-live. A more complex platform with multiple integration points and user roles takes 4–9 months. Timeline is driven by scope, not by our capacity — we do not compress timelines at the cost of quality.

Can you take over a project that another developer has started?

Yes, we do this regularly. We begin with a technical assessment — reading the code, the architecture and the deployment setup — and we give you an honest view of what is worth keeping before we agree on how to proceed. We have no incentive to rewrite what works.

Who owns the code when the project is delivered?

You do. All source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and data belong to you at handover. We do not retain any licence, usage fee or ongoing dependency. You can deploy, modify or hand it to another team without our involvement.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We offer a post-launch maintenance arrangement that covers monitoring, alerting, security patching, dependency updates and a defined response SLA. Support is documented and contracted — not handled informally over WhatsApp.
